MSPB e-Appeal Information Hub

On October 16, 2023, MSPB will launch a new e-Appeal system. The new e-Appeal offers an enhanced e-filing experience for our appellants, appellant representatives, and agency representatives. The extensive capabilities of the former e-Appeal Online system that allowed external users to electronically file an appeal and pleadings and view case records will still be available in this new, modernized system. In addition, in the new e-Appeal, you will have access to a dashboard that allows you to manage all cases and case materials in one place.

MSPB recognizes that our external users heavily relied on our former system to file appeals and pleadings and receive notifications of MSPB issuances. Programming the complex nuances of our case adjudication process spread across several individual systems into a single new system presented a unique set of challenges. We are cognizant that the transition to the new e-Appeal may be disruptive and inconvenient; however, we are confident you will be pleased with and excited by the enhanced capabilities offered by this new system once the transition is complete.

Visit this page regularly for the latest news and information about the new e-Appeal.
