e-Filing Regulations

On Friday, September 29, 2023, MSPB issued an interim final rule that revised its regulations pertaining to electronic filing. The interim final rule is effective October 2, 2023. For more information, please review the interim final rule in the Federal Register, 88 FR 67055, and the updated regulations at 5 C.F.R. Part 1201.

Written comments concerning this interim final rule should reference "Amendments to E-filing Regulations'' and can be submitted on or before December 31, 2023. Regardless of the method used for submitting comments or material, all submissions will be posted, without change, to MSPB's website (www.mspb.gov) and will include any personal information you provide. Therefore, submitting this information makes it public. Comments can be submitted through one of the following methods:
